Problem Statement
Flip Funnel is a fast-growing product marketing agency that helps SaaS companies scale through tailored go-to-market strategies. Despite a strong portfolio and proven results, the agency was struggling to attract enterprise clients and retain a consistent brand presence across channels.

My Role
As the founding product designer at Flip Funnel, I was responsible for designing the website from the ground up. My responsibilities included ideation, conceptualization, and execution of the overall design strategy.
As the lead designer, I owned the complete rebranding of Flip Funnel; from visual identity and design language to tone of voice and UX components.
My work spanned:
Brand strategy & workshops
Typography, color, iconography, and grid systems
Voice & messaging principles
Website UX revamp
Social and pitch deck design templates
Process
1. Discovery & Strategy
I started by understanding:
Target audience: SaaS founders, growth leaders, product marketers
Competitor landscape (product marketing & GTM agencies)
Key differentiator: Flip Funnel’s structured GTM journey framework
This led to a clear positioning:
Flip Funnel as a strategic GTM partner, not just a marketing execution agency.
2. Information Architecture
The website structure was redesigned to:
Lead with the GTM Journey as the core narrative
Clearly separate strategy, execution, and outcomes
Guide users from problem awareness → solution → trust → conversion
Key sections included:
GTM Journey landing page
Services with outcome-driven messaging
Proof points (process, experience, credibility)
Clear CTAs tailored for decision-makers
3. Visual Design & Branding
The visual system focused on:
Bold, confident typography
High-contrast layouts for clarity and scannability
Custom illustrations to explain abstract GTM concepts
A SaaS-forward aesthetic that feels modern but credible
The design balanced clarity over decoration, ensuring content always stayed the hero.
4. UX & Interaction Design
Clean, predictable navigation for enterprise users
Visual hierarchy optimized for quick scanning
Subtle motion and transitions to guide attention
Clear CTA placement without feeling sales-heavy
5. Framer Development
Fully responsive build in Framer
Modular sections for easy updates and scalability
Performance-optimized layouts
Enabled the team to iterate without design bottlenecks
